It’s hard not to be moved by the men and women of Team USA — moved not only to cheer them on but also to push yourself a little harder to see just what you’re made of. So, as a proud sponsor of the United States Olympic Committee and the Official Fitness Center Sponsor of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Teams, 24 Hour Fitness is bringing members the Team USA Bootcamp just in time for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Team USA Bootcamp is inspired by Team USA athletes and the five distinguished Team 24. U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Team athletes announced by 24 Hour Fitness earlier this year. This 50-minute program, which debuts in all clubs for a limited time only in August, is a fun, fast-moving, interval strength circuit-style workout that just might leave you feeling like a champion.
Designed to deliver total-body conditioning, core challenges and mental training, the workout includes a warm-up, cardio challenge, lower-body circuit, upper-body circuit and core circuit — plus a unique Team USA challenge in between each circuit that demands the kind of physical and mental performance similar to the training regimens of Team USA athletes. Members of Team 24 — Alysia Montaño, Lex Gillette and Cortney Jordan — test-drove the Team USA Bootcamp at a preview in July. Ask a club team member for more details.
