24Life: What are you most passionate about, besides your work?
Dr. Jacqueline Schaffer (JS): Health. I love to read books on nutrition, fitness, and I like to read medical journals.
24Life: Where do you find new ideas or inspiration?
JS: Either when I’m running near a lake or in Europe.
24Life: You have 24 minutes to work out. What do you do?
JS: A high intensity workout!
24Life: What’s your secret for getting stuff done?
JS: Focus on one thing at a time.
24Life: What are your secrets for getting a good night’s sleep?
JS: Drinking water, reading a non-fiction book and making sure that the room is cool.
24Life: What’s your power meal or food?
JS: Chia seeds.
24Life: What’s at the top of your playlist or what book is on your nightstand?
JS: I’m reading “Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard” by Rick Riordan.
24Life: What’s the best advice you can give, or have gotten, in 24 words or less?
JS: You can achieve anything that you put your mind to.
