Five Moves or Fewer: Try this MMA Fighter’s Workout

Your workouts don’t have to be 60 minutes long to make a difference. You can work up a great sweat with a simple, total-body workout that challenges all your muscles and shapes your body.

During the month of March, we’ve been highlighting fitness influencers like 23-year-old MMA fighter and social media influencer Kyra Batara (@Kyrabatara), who lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Batara shared a four-move, total-body workout with 24Life that will get your heart rate up, and challenge your muscles.

What are you currently obsessed with? I’m obsessed with cool socks to wear to the gym (preferably food socks). My collection is around 60 to 70 pairs right now.

What do you do to keep yourself motivated and interested in health and fitness? I make sure I have a great group of reliable gym buddies to keep me accountable and make sure we’re always having fun.

What is your go-to energy song? “We Run This” by Missy Elliott.
