Walker is the best-selling author of “Energy Medicine Yoga” (Sounds True, 2014), and her latest release, “The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription” (Sounds True, 2017), is designed to help you move well and feel increased awareness and energy throughout the day. Walker combines yoga poses, breath work and unique moves to influence specific flows of energy in your body in relation to the energy of the surrounding environment.
