Find your higher intention by bringing awareness to your body. You can manifest your intention right now in your body—you can give yourself power in your body through your posture.

As you find your base and feel the connection of your foundation to the physical foundation of the floor beneath you, you can start to become more aware of your bones, skin, your whole body, the space in your body. Only then can you identify whatever you’re feeling. Are you feeling fear? Frustration? Does something feel wrong or that you don’t belong?

Use this meditation to get present with your body and your feelings, and leave any judgment at the door.
