Kristin Condon has been dancing through life, sometimes professionally on impressive stages across the country. With certifications in Pilates and yoga, she has also appeared in fitness videos and on TV, and trained many wonderful, accomplished clients in Los Angeles. All that movement led her to become fascinated with its opposite—stillness. Through meditation, Kristin remains extremely active creatively. She now lives in Jersey City with her husband and Aussie cattle dog. She holds an MFA in Performance from USC and has taught movement at University of Michigan.
