Dr. Kelly Starrett runs his own physical therapy practice at San Francisco CrossFit and focuses on performance-based orthopedic sports medicine with an emphasis on returning athletes to elite-level sport and performance. His clients have included Olympic gold medalists, Tour de France cyclists, world-class extreme skiers and X-Games medalists, dancers with Smuin, San Francisco and Sacramento Ballet Companies, military personnel and competitive age-division athletes. Starrett is the author of three bestselling books including the 2013 book “Becoming a Supple Leopard,” which become a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller. He created Mobility WOD or MWOD, a fitness blog that has revolutionized how athletes think about human movement and athletic performance. There are now more than 10,000 affiliates world-wide in his Mobility WOD course.
